Positive: Friendly staff, good location and nicely equipped kitchen area, comfortable bed.
Negative: Difficult to access keys from box with sun shining, screen unreadable, everything opens by code.
Fourth floor room, very hot, poor ventilation, a fan supplied but didn't help much.
As I mentioned, nicely equipped kitchen but, nowhere to eat the meal unless you stand or sit on the bed, not ideal.

Positive: clean, cheap
Negative: location - next to a nightclub / very busy road, no staff on site - very poor customer care from only contact who was in the Philippines! No ventilation / no opening windows. Bed v uncomfortable with springs very near the surface.
